Yes. Difficult sites are our specialty. We’ve been building pools across Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast for over 30 years, and very few blocks around here are flat and easy.

Sloping blocks often produce the most striking pools. Think infinity edges, raised walls and terraced surrounds that turn a tricky slope into a feature. Concrete gives us complete design freedom, so we can engineer the pool to suit your land rather than forcing your land to suit the pool.

Tight access isn’t a dealbreaker either. We assess every site before we quote, so you’ll know exactly what’s possible and what it will cost. No surprises halfway through the build.

Concrete pools are built on site, from scratch, to any shape, size or depth you want. They’re the right choice if you want a fully custom design, a challenging site solved properly, or features like infinity edges, swim-outs and integrated spas. They take longer to build, but the result is a pool designed for your backyard and no one else’s.

Fibreglass pools arrive as a pre-moulded shell and are installed in your excavated site. They’re faster to install, come in a range of proven shapes and sizes, and their smooth surface makes them easy to maintain. If you want a quality pool in the ground sooner, fibreglass is hard to beat.

There’s no wrong answer. It comes down to your site, your design goals, your timeline and your budget. We build both, and we install our fibreglass pools to the same exacting standard as our concrete ones. It depends on the pool type, your site and council approval times.

As a general guide, a fibreglass pool can be installed in a matter of weeks once approvals are in place. A concrete pool typically takes a few months from excavation to handover, as each stage (excavation, steel, concrete spray, tiling, interior finish and fencing) needs time to be done properly.

Council or private certifier approval happens before any digging starts, and timeframes vary between councils. When we quote your project, we’ll give you a realistic timeline for your specific pool and keep you updated at every stage. We’d rather give you an honest schedule than a fast one we can’t keep.

Yes. We manage the approval process for you, including the plans, engineering and paperwork needed to get your pool approved.

Depending on your property, your pool may qualify for fast-tracked approval as Complying Development, or it may need a Development Application through your local council. We’ll tell you which path applies to your block and handle it from there.

We also make sure your pool meets all NSW safety requirements, including pool fencing regulations, so your pool is fully compliant and ready to register when it’s finished.

We don’t disappear after handover. When your pool is complete, we walk you through your equipment, water care and everything you need to know to run your pool with confidence.

From there, we’re available for ongoing service and maintenance support. If you ever have a question about your pool, your equipment or your warranty, you can call the team that built it.
